- Patients will be evacuated to Cairns in the first instance
using the services of Medevac Pacific jet and medical staff,
unless prior arrangement for a different location

- A full range of accommodation options provided from home
stay to 5 star with bookings and payments arranged
- Comprehensive itineraries developed
- Meet & Greet / Departure assistance
- Interpreter and language assistance if required
- Transportation to and from medical facilities
- Clinical and emotional support during appointments
- Pass on information of patient’s progress to relatives
and company personnel staff if requested
- Pre and post operative requirements explained
- Social and emotional support throughout whole stay
- Post-operative on call health assistance
- Maintain contact with the referring Doctor and keep them
informed
- Arrange for follow up appointments
- Assist patients in obtaining recommended follow up pharmaceuticals
and/or equipment
