- Facilitate communication between the overseas Patient/Doctor
and Australian Doctor/Hospital
- Managing the patient referral system
- Coordinating the collection of diagnostic information
from overseas
- Obtaining previous medical histories
- Completion of patient paperwork
- Maintain contact with the referring Doctor and keep them
informed
- Collection and follow up of all medical accounts
- Accompany patients to the Hospital (with interpreters
if required) and assist hospital staff with admission procedures
